We love to see all the reviews that come in, but the most memorable and remarkable reviews and messages come in the form of an email, whether it’s long or short, we love to see what our customers have to say about our service, products and even the packaging (you’d be surprised at how many people love our environmentally friendly packaging!).
We recently heard from Melanie, all the way from New England, where she has been slowly upgrading her Maine farmhouse kitchen with Blake & Bull products; from the iron baking cloche to our wall pot rack (a Blake & Bull original item).

“I promised many weeks ago to comment and send pictures of the many improvements your wonderful goods and services have made to our New England farmhouse kitchen. The last addition—the pot rack—is perfect, arrived faster than any of our locally ordered stuff, and is the icing on the cake. The baking cloche is pictured without a loaf because it’s always eaten before I could get the phone out to snap a pic! I am especially thrilled that the replacement joining strip you sent works perfectly, solved the unsightly problem of a badly “restored” original on our recently refurbished AGA, and was very easy for me to install myself. Sorry for the wordiness, but wanted to publicly congratulate you on your great products and truly exceptional customer service. In this time of Pandemic disruptions to almost all goods and services here in the U.S., your performance has been nothing short of astonishing. Wish you had an outpost here!
